Member Service Representative I Position

MilWay FCU is currently hiring for Member Service Representatives I (MSR I) at our Ashdown, Texas, and Arkansas Branches.

Our MSR I’s are responsible for member transactions including deposits, check cashing, loan payments, transfers, and member updates. Successful candidates must have at least six months of cash handling experience. Must have good customer service skills, professional appearance, and be proficient with computer programs.

Member Service Rep/Frontline position available in Ashdown

GENERAL OVERVIEW: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in person, via phone, and through the mail, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Serves members promptly and professionally.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a confident, career-oriented individual and must have 1 year of teller experience with the ability to multi-task.

Full-Time Teller Position available at Arkansas Blvd. Location
