Full-Time Teller Positions available at these locations:
GENERAL OVERVIEW: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in person, via phone, and through the mail, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Serves members promptly and professionally.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a confident, career-oriented individual and must have 1 year of teller experience with the ability to multi-task.
Full-Time Member Service Representative Position available (Ashdown location)
GENERAL OVERVIEW: Performs a broad variety of member services such as opening and closing accounts. Answers member questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Assists or refers members with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to telephone inquiries and transactions for members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a confident, career-oriented individual with at least one year experience as a member or customer service representative in the financial industry or a comparable field (ie. insurance, healthcare, etc.).
