Donald G. Smith Scholarship Application

• This year, four (4) scholarships will be awarded to recipients in the amount of $1,000 each ($500 per semester).
  
  
• MilWay members who have enrolled or are planning to enroll in the fall as a full-time undergraduate college student are eligible.
  
  
• Applications may be picked up at any MilWay branch or downloaded below. Completed applications can be dropped off at any branch or emailed to marketingdepartment@milway.org.(You MUST place Donald G. Smith Scholarship in the Subject Line). The deadline to submit the application is June 2, 2023. Winners will be notified the first week of July.
  
  
• To obtain funding, students must show proof of college admission with a minimum 12-hour schedule for first disbursement.
  
  
• For the second disbursement, student must submit a copy or proof of grades from previous semester maintaining at least a 2.50 grade point average or higher as well as a schedule for a minimum of 12 hours for the next semester.
